- ‘24 hatch hand raised Emerald Toucanet available. DNA sexed male. First photo is current and other photos were when juvenile. He is very friendly at times and other times doesn’t want to be messed with, typical Toucanet personality. Will catch a ball and fling it back to you to catch if he’s out on top of a cage and will bring toys to you when petting in his cage, and try and give you gifts of fruit. He is the northern variety and loves cooler weather. Currently kept outdoors in SWFL as living inside proved to be a rather fruit filled messy endeavor. Great bird, just my life has taken a different direction and he either deserves a home with attention or to be with others of his kind.
