Northern Red Billed Hornbill

Hand feeding now, will not be released or shipped until fully weaned. No exceptions.
This species used to be commonly imported but hasn't been imported in quite a few years.
Also the Red Billed Hornbill has been split into 5 species and this species is quite difficult to find (I am open to bloodline trades as I have 2 parent raised chicks for breeding stock to trade with).
Serious people only. This would be an excellent candidate for an educational program, film work or free flight program.
This species is omnivorous but they are primarily insectivores. Crickets, super worms, dubia, mazuri pellets, papaya and spring mix should be the base of the diet.
These require access to basking, either natural or artificial. UV should be provided if kept indoors.
These CAN NOT be kept in a parrot cage they will damage their bill and parrot cages are much too small.
The price is $1800 + shipping if required and the price is firm.
Parent photos included. I will be doing DNA sexing in about 2 weeks and the results will be provided to the buyer at no additional cost.
