Red-billed (Senegal/Common) Firefinch

African finch. Male mainly red. Head, rump, throat and breast crimson. Female brown/olive above, pale brown/olive below with a little crimson in front/over the eye and crimson upper tail-coverts. These are small birds approx.3.5 inches in length when adult. Depending on your elevation and rain these might not work for you unless you give them some warmth and some protection from the rain. They are from a desert/dry warm area of Africa.

You can web search these and read a lot on them.

These are parent raised birds here at my place in Puna, BI. I am only selling young pairs at this time. The picts are some of my birds. I live at about a 250ft. elevation in middle Puna. Mine live outside in a covered dry area.

$150.00 per pair

Thanks

Phillip
