Shaftail Finch

Australian finch. An active and very distinctive finch. Has a pale yellow/red bill, grey head, black lores, chin and upper throat, pale grey-brown or fawn brown upperparts, white rump and black tail. These finches are approx.4.5 inches in length when adult. Depending on your elevation and rain these might not work for you unless you give them some warmth and some protection from the rain. They are from a dry warm area of Austrailia.

You can web search these and read a lot on them.

These are parent raised here at my place in Puna, BI and are young birds old enough to sex. I am only selling pairs. The picts are photos of some of my birds. I live at about a 250 ft. elevation in middle Puna. Mine live outside in a covered dry area.

$150.00 per pair

Thanks

Phillip
