One of our good customers has asked us to help him unloaded this Hwamei that has developed an occasional bad habit of flipping head recently (not severe yet).
It is a common cage problem for Hwamei, but the owner just don’t want to deal with it even though it can be corrected with the proper method.
It used to be a Grade A bird that he paid quite a bit for, but if it does not fit his taste, what can you say.
Sometimes these habits will correct itself if it is placed in a flight cage or aviary.
This will be a good Hwamei for
a) some starter just getting otni Hwameis
b) keep it as a pet for singing purpose without the intent to show or compete
c) an extra Hwamei around the house to excite the other Hwameis
d) some experimental breeding project
He is letting it go for $1,000
Do let us know if you have any questions.
