Captive diet for Sooty-headed Bulbul:
14 grams of fruit - oranges, apples, bananas, papaya, raisins (soaked overnight in water) or 1/4 can of diced fruit or fruit cocktail
5 grams of berries - blueberries, elderberries, eugenia, pyracantha, or cotoneaster
5 grams of insects - crickets, mealworms, beetles, May Beetles, Green June Beetles, or moths
5 grams of trout chow mixed with minced meat
5 grams of minced meat
28 grams of hard-boiled egg
5 grams of Vionate or any multivitamin powder sprinkled on meat
