Captive diet for Regent Bowerbird:
5 grams of minced meat
7 grams of fruits and berries - mixture of diced bananas, apples, figs, grapes, raisins (soaked overnight in water), guavas, eugenia, pyracantha, mulberry, blackberry, or 1/2 can diced fruit cocktail
10 grams of mice
4 grams of insects - mealworms, crickets, May Beetles, Green June Beetles, sphinx moths or grasshoppers
6 grams of snails
5 grams of vegetables - grated carrots, shredded lettuce
28 grams of hard-boiled egg, crumbled on meat
5 grams trout chow mixed with minced meat
5 grams of Vionate multivitamin powder sprinkled on meat
