57 grams of raw egg crumbled with shell on meat 14 grams if either grasshoppers, locusts, crickets, beetles, grubs, moths or mealworms
5 grams of trout chow mixed with meat
5 grams of Vionate or any multivitamin powder sprinkled on meat
